A meeting of the University Council for Quality Assurance, summarizing the research in the quality system carried out in the academic year 2021/2022, was held on November 18, 2022.
In the academic year 2021/2022, the following surveys were carried out:
- student satisfaction survey;
- employee satisfaction survey;
- evaluation of didactic classes for the academic year 2021/2022;
- Monitoring the professional careers of graduates.
The research results in the quality system were transferred to the Faculties and didactic units of the University, where they will be used for further activities aimed at improving the quality of education.
During this year's evaluation of didactic classes, the study was monitored on an ongoing basis. The authorities of the University and Faculties quickly reacted to students' comments and took appropriate actions even before the questionnaires were closed.
The analysis and creation of data visualization took place in the Power BI program, which is used to store and develop the results of all the research in the quality system conducted at the NCU. This platform is used to integrate the data obtained in the studies conducted on monitoring the professional careers of graduates, evaluation of didactic classes, and satisfaction surveys of students and employees. The system ensures the efficient distribution of information, enabling effective management of educational processes at the University.
